GIFT VOUCHER POLICY:

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and no extensions will be given.

  • Gift voucher not used by the expiry are cancelled. No aspect of the voucher is cash refundable and on refunds will be issued.

  • The gift voucher number is required when making the booking.

  • Where booking are made and you do not show up for your appointment, the gift voucher is deemed to be used and is cancelled.

  • If a cancellation occurs then Saabai Jai Thai Massage Cancellation Policy procedures are followed.
