GIFT VOUCHER POLICY:

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and no extensions will be given.
Gift voucher not used by the expiry are cancelled. No aspect of the voucher is cash refundable and on refunds will be issued.
The gift voucher number is required when making the booking. Where booking are made and you do not show up for your appointment, the gift voucher is deemed to be used and is cancelled.
If a cancellation occurs then Saabai Jai Thai Massage Cancellation Policy procedures are followed.
